Todd was born and raised in a little town called Girard in Pennsylvania. He graduated from Indiana University of Pennyslvania in 1994 with a degree in Finance and earned CPA certification at KPMG - a big 4 accounting firm in Pittsburgh.

He left public accounting in 1997 and began his business career in physical therapy at Joyner Sportsmedicine Institute in Harrisburg. Joyner was acquired by NovaCare in 1998 and then NovaCare was acquired by Select Medical in 1999. As a result he held various positions for these companies from 1997 until he left in December 2002. The positions included Reimbursement Specialist - Accounting Supervisor - Regional Controller and Regional Director of Clinical Operations.

In January 2003 he joined Drayer Physical Therapy Institute and served as the Corporate Controller during the company's first year of operations. In early 2004 he created the Business Office Operations Department and became the Director of Reimbursement.

In January 2006 he left Drayer to form Kramer Consulting & Management Services Inc. a specialty practice focusing primarily on physical therapy. In this new venture he was engaged to establish new physical therapy offices - provide integration services for acquisitions and provide general practice management services and accounts receivable management.

The most rewarding professional experience of his career has been his involvement with ProCare Physical Therapy. Todd became involved with ProCare as a consultant in 2006 and then became Chief Financial Officer and a partner in 2007. Since joining ProCare he has been able to balance time between work and his family. He has been blessed to work with wonderful people that share common values which have created an extremely positive company culture. Employees truly care about each other and are dedicated to delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Todd lives in the Harrisburg area and has been married to his wife Jeri since 1996. They have three daughters - Kassidy - Kaylee - Kendall.
