Kristopher
has completed advanced studies in kinesiology,
exercise physiology, and exercise programming. He
will graduate from California University of
Pennsylvania in June 2008 with his Masters Degree in
Exercise Science and Health Promotion with a
concentration in performance enhancement and injury
prevention. He is a member of the NASM (National
Academy of Sports Medicine). Since
graduating from Bloomsburg University of
Pennsylvania in 2003 with a degree in Exercise
Science with a minor in Corporate Fitness he has
accumulated many experiences. His experiences
include: being a fitness instructor intern, resident
tennis instructor, tennis instructor at the
Binghamton
Tennis Center, SUNY Binghamton’s assistant men’s
tennis coach and has developed and implemented
tennis and fitness programs for both tennis players
and non athletes alike. He brings collegiate and
professional tennis playing experience and is
excited to be part of ProCare Physical Fitness &
Performance’s team.
