Chris Viggiano

Chris graduated from Waverly High School in 2000 where he was actively involved in athletics, playing football and track and field in the events of shot put and discus.  Chris went to Juniata College where he earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice.  While at Juniata he played 3 years of football and 2 years of rugby.  Currently Chris is working on his Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and also obtaining his C.S.C.S. certification (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist).  Chirs will also be running portions of the A-Game and S.K.I.P. programs and is currently the Defensive line coach for the Sayre Redskins Varsity football team.

Robin Blood

Robin was born and raised in New Hampshire and has 4 beautiful, authentic children.  After moving to Pennsylvania 5 years ago, she continued her love of personal fitness training in between achieving her cosmetology and estitician licenses.  Her passion in the beauty and fitness industry enables her to be a part of helping others to look and feel their individual best.
