-         Specific Strength Training Instruction and Program

-         Two one hour group sessions a week for 6 weeks

-         Sessions/ wk

o       Cost: Only $140 for 6 week program: payment in one or two installments

o       Only $400 for 6 week S.K.I.P. AND Strength program in one or two installments

§         4 strength sessions/wk  & 2 S.K.I.P sessions/wk

-         Each Participant Receives:

o       FREE!!!!

-         Video analysis of jumping/landing before and after program

-         Physical Examination/Athletic Assessment

-         Athletic Reassessment once program is completed

o       3-Ring Binder with:

-         Dynamic Flexibility Program

-         Personalized weight training program

-         Video analysis with notes

-         Pre-Post results for athletic assessment (vertical jump, 40 yd sprint, etc)

o       T-Shirt

-         Athlete may transition into A-Game at 6 week mark (cost $10/session)

-         25% OFF for groups of 3

Ø      Times and Location of Initial Evaluations

-         All initial evaluations will be at the Towanda ProCare facility

o       June 2nd, 4th, & 6th from 5:00pm-7:00pm

o       Choose one date and call to reserve your time.

o       June 10th - August 7th  : Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 am-9:00 am

-         Troy: Healthy Habits/ProCare PT

o       June 11th - August 8th: Wednesday and Friday 5:00 pm-6:00 pm

-         Wyalusing: Edge Fitness/ProCare PT

o       June 11th-August 10th: Tuesday and Thursday 5:00 pm-6:00 pm

-         Towanda: Edge Fitness/ProCare PT

o       June 11th-August 10th: Wednesday and Friday 8:00 am-9:00 am
