WHAT IS S.K.I.P.?

  1. Highly specific training program designed to develop speed, agility, quickness, strength and power with the emphasis on proper jumping and landing techniques
  2. Focused on EDUCATION and QUALITY not quantity.
  3. Components:
    • Dynamic flexibility/ warm up
    • Retraining in proper jumping and landing techniques through exercise progressions
    • Strength training including abdominals and core
    • Static stretches and partner stretches
